DOA Policy
Thanks to our expert packing methods, your fish will arrive alive, healthy, and ready to thrive. While we take every precaution to ensure this, please know that in the rare event a fish does not survive transit, we gladly offer a free replacement on your next order.
For fish/coral that arrive dead, please send a picture of it still in the bag UNOPENED. Pictures of dead fish/coral must be sent on the same day of arrival. Once the DOA is confirmed, you will be sent a replacement in your next order. Shipping will still need to be covered for your replacement.
Replacement can either be the exact same fish/coral or another fish/coral of similar cost.

- We are unable to do full refunds for DOA
- We are also unable to do refunds for change of mind. A store credit will be issued.
Shipping
Orders are shipped out Tuesday/Wednesday only. Airport delivery may be shipped from Monday-Thursday.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to our quarantine process, please accept that shipping may take up to weeks depending on the species. We only send out healthy specimens and hope you can understand that quarantining is a very complicated & lengthy process.
Our couriers are very reliable. Although it is advertised as “overnight” please accept that there may still be forces out of our control that may cause a delay. However we always pack extra incase for any delay.
We pack our orders with enough insulation to last up to 2 days.
Dry goods are shipped using a different courier and may incur additional fees according to the weight (especially rock, sand, heavy items).
